What is raw virgin hair?
The true definition of Raw Virgin Hair is 100% Natural Human Hair that has never been manipulated or processed in any way.
Our raw virgin hair hair is pure and Natural, 100% virgin hair that has never been mixed, chemically processed or altered. You will never find a synthetic, or animal fiber mixed in our hair. There is no silicone coating process involved. Our hair is unprocessed, clean, fresh and natural.
How long do your hair extensions last?
Our Processed Human Hair Extensions can last up to 8 to 12 months (or longer) with proper care. Please read our hair care instructions in your order packet for your hair extensions care. Not properly caring for your hair extensions can cause damage to the hair extensions.
Our Raw Virgin Hair Extensions can last up to 1 - 3 years with the proper care. Virgin Hair is the best you can buy, and it is very much worth the investment.
Where does your hair come from?
Per confidentiality reasoning, S.Adams Collection cannot provide details of where our hair extensions come from. However, we ensure you that our Raw Indian + Cambodian virgin hair extensions are 100% virgin hair that is unprocessed.
Our Malaysian Wavy + Malaysian Water Wave extensions are processed human hair extensions. They can be colored, dyed, and cut. The wavy pattern on the Malaysian wavy texture was achieved through steaming; hence, after washing, the texture will have a more straight, extremely loose wave pattern. The natural curls of the Malaysian Water Wave are maintainable after washing.
Does your hair extensions shed?
All hair extensions shed. Our hair has minimal to no shedding. This is normal and unavoidable and would happen the same way if the hair was growing from your scalp. Hair extensions should be treated and cared for as your natural hair.
To prevent shedding, we suggest sewing around the wefts of the hair instead of through the wefts. All human hair can tangle if it is not maintained correctly.
Using a satin bonnet while sleeping and keeping the hair cleaned and conditioned are the best ways to ensure your investment lasts for years.
What are hair grades?
You will see on the market today that some hair extensions are “graded” for quality; however, this should raise a red flag because it implies that hair has been mixed, may have fillers, and/or is processed which alters the integrity of the hair.
Hair grades are a false way to categorize Human Hair Extensions developed by Chinese Manufacturers many years ago. The hair grading system is not regulated and was developed as a way to market product to consumers.
The grading system first started off as 1A - 3A and gradually progressed to 10A in today’s market. Grades are used to determine the percentage of human hair in a bundle as well as the integrity of its cuticles. If you see hair that is ‘graded’...run! You will be wasting your money.
100% Raw or Virgin Hair extensions should not be graded as their cuticles remain intact and there should not be mixed with fillers.
What color are the hair bundles, can they be dyed?
Each bundle comes in a natural brown color. Color may vary because one donor's hair color is not precisely the same.
Yes, all of our extensions can be colored. Unfortunately, we don't offer coloring services; we recommend you let your licensed hair stylist color your hair extensions for the best results.
We suggest avoiding coloring your hair often to keep your hair extension's cuticles intact. Hair cuticles are very important in protecting your hair. Thus, coloring your hair often strips away the hair cuticles causing hair damage.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGED HAIR AFTER COLORING.
Please be mindful when coloring the hair, this can possibly loosen the curl pattern if you've purchased wavy or curly hair.
How many bundles do you recommend for a sew-in?
We recommend our customers use 2 - 3 bundles for a full head sew-in. It all depends on your preference and how full and thick you like your hair. Please consult with your hairstylist.
How long does shipping take?
DOMESTIC SHIPPING: Please allow 3 - 5 business days for an order to ship after order processing. Weekends and holidays do not count as business days or order processing days. Order processing takes three days. All goods ship via USPS.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: It can take up to 2 - 5 days to receive after shipment. We are not responsible for any customs fees that occur. A tracking number is emailed to your email on file once your order has been shipped. Please make sure your email is correct. Please allow up to 24 to 48 hours before tracking info becomes visible online after receiving your tracking information.

What is your return policy?
When you receive the order. If the order is not right, please e-mail us at email@example.com to initiate your return and we will be more than happy to assist you further. Returns are accepted if the following criteria are met:
- The goods are in brand-new condition and have not been used/worn. (hair tags & wraps are still attcahed)
- After 7 days since the package was delivered.
- The product is not a limited-time or flash sale.
- The wrong item has been sent.
1. The buyer bears shipping back cost, except when wrong items are sent or there’s an obvious quality problem when delivered.
I think my package is lost/stolen, what do I do?
ROUTE SHIPPING PROTECTION: We offer extra shipping protection that protects your package if lost or stolen. We suggest all customers purchase it. As we are not responsible for lost and stolen packages, we encourage all customers to purchase this protection.
Failure to purchase the shipping protection means that you are taking full responsibility for your item if it is lost or stolen.
Once purchased, your package is 100% protected, and you will be refunded in any event that it's lost or stolen.

ORDER RETURNS: If an order is returned to us from the postal service, we can reship the order, but there is a re-shipping fee to re-ship the order. If you

I placed an order and did not use a discount code. Can you apply the code after my order is placed?
Unfortunately, once your order has been submitted S.Adams Collection cannot apply a discount code.
I ordered online, but want to cancel. Can I do that?
Unforuntately, once an order is submitted, it may not be canceled or refunded. We encourage customers to double check their order details carefully before submitting their order.
